Tarsi Pop Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 9, 2026

Who we are

Tarsi Pop is a fruit shooting game where players can earn coins and cash them out. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Questions? Email tarsipop.support@gmail.com.

What we collect

Account: a random player ID (also for guests) and, if you sign in with Google, your name, email address and profile photo.

Game data: your level, coins, skins, power-ups, tasks, streaks, invite code and the friend code you entered. Our server keeps a record of every change to your coins.

Cash outs: the payout details you type (for example a GCash number, PayPal email or MLBB User ID and Zone ID), amounts, dates and the IP address the request came from.

Device: your country and language, a scrambled (hashed) form of your phone's Android ID so we can see how many accounts share one phone, whether the app runs on an emulator, and a check from Android and Google Play that the app is the real one (Firebase App Check with Play Integrity). We use these to stop cheating and fake invites.

Ads: videos are shown through Unity LevelPlay (Unity Technologies and its ad networks, such as ironSource and Unity Ads), only when you choose to watch one. They may collect your advertising ID and basic device data to show ads and count views. When a video pays coins, the ad network tells our server your player ID and the video's ID so we can add the coins. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone settings.

How we use it

To run the game, save your progress and show it on any phone you sign in on.

To send your cash outs and handle refunds.

To check invites before coins are added.

To find and stop fraud, bots, emulators and duplicate accounts.

To answer your messages and improve the game.

Who we share it with

Payment services, only what is needed to send your cash out (for example your GCash number or PayPal email).

Ad networks, to show ads.

Google Firebase, which runs our servers and stores our data (in Singapore).

Authorities, when the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active. Cash out records may be kept longer when the law requires it (for example for tax or fraud checks).

Delete your account

Go to Me, then Delete account. You can also email us from the address linked to your account.

Your account, save, wallet and login are deleted right away. Records of past coin changes and cash outs are kept without your name or account details, for bookkeeping and fraud checks. Coins, skins and pending cash outs are lost and cannot be restored.

Children

Tarsi Pop is not made for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live, to cash out.

Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections and stored with access limits. No system is perfectly safe, so please keep your Google account secure.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of your data or to correct it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top and tell you in the app when the change is important.
